ABOUT ME
As a Nutritional Psychotherapist, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Post Masters certification in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My specialty focuses on lifestyle shifts and how nutrition and mood are connected. I believe that there is a direct correlation between lifestyle choices (such as what we eat, how much we exercise) and how well we feel both physically and emotionally. Our mental health relates to how well we take care of ourselves. "We are what we repeatedly do." I too, incorporate the practices that I teach my clients into my own life in an effort to lead a full, rich and meaningful life while always striving for my personal vertex. 😃 |
